Strategic Home Health Care offers affordable in-home care services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. A Home Health Aide will come in to strengthen your ability to remain in comfort of your own home. You’ll work with our team to schedule a meeting time that works best for you and your family. Rates depend on your customized care plan needs and shift differential rates may apply for overnight stays.
