In-Home Care
In-home care allows your loved one to maintain their dignity and independence. They will also be able to experience the benefits of living within their own home and community, surrounded by their family and friends. In-home care offers a less stressful experience for all parties involved. Moving your loved one to an assisted care facility can plunge your family into chaos. However, with in-home care, it is possible to make the change with minimal lifestyle changes.
We will help your love one maintain a normal routine. We can provide assistance with a variety of tasks, such as assistance with bathing and showering, or assistance with dressing. We are also happy to help with any specific requirements which your loved one might have. Our aim is to make your loved one as comfortable as possible.
Home and Committee Based Services (HCBS) are authorized for reimbursement through Medicaid for participants who meet specific program eligibility requirements. Medicaid funded HCBS are available through either State Plan services or through a Home and Community Based Waiver. States can choose to include certain HCBS in the State Plan Medicaid program or through a Waiver with the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
